These terms cover any purchase of the Defensible Numbers AI bootcamp (the core program, Round 2, or extra-help hour blocks) from Andrew Lombardi, a sole proprietor ("I", "me"). "You" means the company that pays. By paying, you agree to these terms.
Office hours and live sessions included in a program are available only during that program's scheduled weeks.
Dates, times and who attends are agreed in writing before Week 0.
Program materials are delivered at kickoff, so payments are non-refundable, in whole or in part, once made. This includes when your people do not attend, do not finish, or leave the company.
Instead of refunds:
If I cancel or cannot deliver a session I promised, I will reschedule it. If I cannot deliver the program at all, I will refund the unused portion.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is by bank transfer (ACH), card or invoice through Stripe. The program starts once payment has cleared. Invoices are due within the terms stated on the invoice.
For each company you refer that enrolls in and pays for the core program or Round 2, I pay you a $500 rebate. Extra-help hour blocks do not earn a rebate. The new company must name you when it pays. I pay the rebate within 30 days after its payment clears. A rebate is not a refund and does not change these terms.
Your data stays in your systems and accounts. The program does not run on my systems. If you share any of your material with me to get help, I use it only to help you, and I do not keep it after the engagement ends.
Confidentiality. Anything I see or learn about your business during the program (your data, documents, systems, customers, prices, people and plans) is confidential. I will not share it with anyone outside your company or use it for any purpose other than helping you, during the program or after it ends. This does not cover information that is already public, that I already knew, or that the law requires me to disclose. If your company needs its own NDA, I will review and sign a reasonable one.
You choose and pay for your own tools: AI chat seats, Zapier or Power Automate, and anything else. You are responsible for following those vendors' terms and for what your company puts into them.
The program teaches methods and measures results; it does not promise them. Time saved, cost savings and other outcomes depend on your people, your data and your tools. You are responsible for checking AI output before relying on it, as the program teaches.
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for anything related to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
Please contact me first at andrew@buildwithlombardi.com if something goes wrong. A no-refund policy does not stop a card chargeback or a bank (ACH) dispute; if one is filed, I will provide these terms, your acceptance at checkout and the delivery records as evidence.
I may update these terms for future purchases; the version in effect when you paid applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Questions: andrew@buildwithlombardi.com.
